Brushing Borkies once a week will keep their fur smooth and free of mats. Employ a smooth brush or comb that is slippery to eliminate any shed hair and dirt from their fur.

To maintain their cleanliness, it is recommended to give Borkies a bath every 6-8 weeks, or when necessary, based on their daily routine and level of activity. To avoid skin irritation and dryness, it is recommended to apply shampoo and conditioner specially formulated for dogs that are gentle in nature.

Borkies' nails require trimming every 2-4 weeks to avoid excessive length, which can lead to discomfort or injury. You can utilise either canine nail clippers or a Dremel tool to groom your dog's nails.

To keep Borkies' ears free from infection and accumulation of wax and debris, it is advisable to clean them at least once a week. Clean the outer ear canal with a cotton ball and a mild cleaning solution specifically designed for ear-cleaning purposes.

To avoid the formation of plaque and unpleasant mouth odour, it is recommended to brush the teeth of Borkies either on a daily basis or at minimum three times a week. It is recommended to utilise a toothbrush with gentle bristles and toothpaste that is intended for canines.
