These dogs have a moderate tolerance for temperature extremes and can handle reasonably warm and cool weather conditions. In hot weather, it is important to allow Lancashire Heelers with an approach to shade,fresh water, and a cool resting area. Avoid leaving them in public for extended periods during hot days, as they can be overheating.
